Recruiting Consultant / Account Executive/

Essential Duties
・Conducts company research to seek sales activities and implementations, setting up business meetings and utilizing digit.al tools.
・Actively building business networks to further develop existing and new business opportunities by attending events such as business network events.  
・Responsible for sourcing qualified candidates by utilizing the company's database, various outside resources.
・Meeting and interviewing with a job applicant to identify his or her wishes or expectations.
・Consulting with a job applicant for his or her career pass development.
・Scheduling interviews for candidates and providing advice for interviews to prepare for them in advance.
・Conducting regular follow-ups for existing registered applicants, as well as recruiting activities for obtaining more registered applicants.
・Conducting regular follow-ups for the current temporary staff, as well as status checks for job-offered candidates.
・Posting vacant position information through other websites.
・Conducting applicants' screening and coordinating job interviews.
・Conducting and using confirmation with a final candidate who received a job offer (e.g., terms and conditions, understanding verification, etc., including job description, benefits, and wages.)
・Other duties and responsibilities are assigned, as needed accordingly.
・Responsible for obtaining job applicant recruiting requests and orders from Japanese companies and clients through sales activities.
・Responsible for introducing matched applicants to meet with companies' and positions' needs and requirements.
・Responsible for providing clients possible solutions and measures for HR management issues and concerns.
・Communicates with clients in order to obtain recruiting orders via telephone calls and emails.
・Conducts new client companies' development activities, as well as regular follow-up activities for existing client companies.
・Periodically contacts clients to check on their hiring needs and conduct services needed for receiving job orders.
・After receiving the client companies' job orders, conducts a chain of services, including matched candidate recommendations,job interview coordination, and closing activities for hire.

Qualifications
・Bachelor's Degre.e preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
・Bilingual: Fluency in Japanese and Business Level in English.
・Strong PC skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) capability.
・Demonstrates high-level communication skills and logical thinking skills.
・Preferred 2- or 3-years working experiences in the corporate settings.
・Demonstrates ability to work effectively and smoothly with management and colleagues in a team-oriented manner.
