【Position】
 Assistant Sales Manager

【Summary】
 Responsible for all sales activities in the Assigned Territory. Develops and implements agreed upon Sales and Marketing activities which will meet both personal and business goals of increased profitability and expanding customer base in the Assigned Territory. Works within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.

【Essential Duties】

1. Provide support to the Division Manager (President) /Sales Manager.
2. Maintain / Expand existing retail stores and restaurant customers.
3. Develop new stores and markets which will chance to our sales growth.
4. Create sales and promotion plans with cost effectiveness from the point of Profit and Loss for assigned territories
5. Negotiate and secure with each store promotion and display. 
6. Process purchase orders and monitor payments and collections from distributors.
7. Secure sales order from distributors, and check and analyze inventory and shipping.
8. Observe demonstrations and display and utilize merchandiser when necessary.
9. Attend marketing-and-sales-related events.   
10. Work outside of the office more than fifty (50) percent of the time, make a business trip as needed.
11.  Attend sales meetings.
12.  Refer to the Appendix for Task List by territories.

【Salary, Benefit】
57K-65K
+ A monthly car allowance of $700 will be provided.

【Holidays】
 Saturdays, Sundays, holidays

【Qualifications】
1) Have experience in FMCG sales, hopefully in Beverage business.
2) Value teamwork
3) Take responsibility for the assigned goal
4) It is not absolute requirement to speak Japanese.
5) Have advanced skill of Microsoft Excel and Power Point for data analysis and Presentation
