Sales support/Logistics coordinator (貿易事務)

Job Description:
Conduct logistics duties for inorganic chemicals raw material procurement and manufacture. Prepare
documentation for international and domestic shipments and coordinate shipping schedules to meet
customer requirements, maximize customer service and economic efficiency.
Native level English and Japanese skills required, including speaking, reading and writing.
Experience in international logistics is appreciated but not a requirement. We can train people who are new
at this field and position.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail oriented, organized, has good communication skills,
and can work independently.
Company hours are 9AM to 5PM, Monday to Friday. However, since many of our customers and suppliers
are in Japan and China, we do ask employees to work beyond the aforementioned hours if the situation
requires us to do so.
If a candidate has issues with commuting due to lack of transportation, our firm can provide 0% interest
loan so that he or she can purchase a car for commute to the office.

Salary:

Wage: $40,000 per year
Bonus: $5,000 (paid once a year)
（貿易事務経験者）
Wage: $50,000-55,000 per year
Bonus: $5,000 (paid once a year)

These two payments depend on how capable the new employee is. If he or she is good, we pay more than
the minimum. Thus, it depends on his or her performance.
Employment category wise, all employees, both full-time and part-time, are exempt employees.
This means that overtime payment will not be paid to any employee.
