This position handles inquiries and orders from a wide range of customers not necessarily related to particular stores. Instead of the company’s physical stores, such customers purchase products from the company’s website, via fax/email/physical mail and/or over the phone. The Customer Service Specialist at Customer Service Center takes care of such customers. In addition, the position deals with inquiries and requests on the orders/business the caller has had with one of the company’s stores, as well as handles such inquiries on behalf of the store. Timely oral and written communication with the Customer Service Center manager, other team members, and the store clerks is very important for the successful operation. Further, the position may be required to perform some store operation duties. Reports to: Customer Service Center Manager .
