■Essential Duties・30% Supervise all Export & Import Operations and Lead Staff・20% Support subordinate staff and provide them with accurate instruction for efficient operation, problem-solving and high-level Customer Service・20% Daily operation including the direct contact with branches / customers / brokers / carriers. Daily operations include open file, update AS400, collect documents for Customs clearance, issue delivery order, billing invoice etc.・20% Accounting-Related (Account Payable & Account Receivable), including Approval, Accrual, Troubleshooting and Reporting・10% Reporting and analysis for management■Other Functions・Cost Analysis and negotiation with subcontractors to increase revenue・Accompany Branch staff on sales calls for new/old customers as Sales Agent for troubleshooting and to increase/retain business opportunities
・University Graduate or equivalent and/or significant, relevant or appropriate working experience・Approximately 6 years department or industry experience・Working Knowledge of general and Import/Export computer application technology・Analytical skill (Familiar with logistics concept and planning concept)・Knowledge of international commerce (Incoterms, methods, customs regulations etc.)・Knowledge of Consolidator system・Knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT), State, Federal and Interstate Commerce commission (ICC) regulation.・Communication skill・Able to multitask and effectively handle changing priorities under pressure.・Good Written & Verbal Skills; Strong organizational skills; attention to detail and follow-up・Good computer skills (AS-400, Microsoft Word, Excel, Lotus Notes)
