①のみにケーション(Nominication)
“Nominication” is a Japanese portmanteau of the words “nomu” (to drink) and “communication.” It refers to the practice of building good relationships by socializing over drinks with colleagues or business partners. This practice is considered important for fostering camaraderie and improving workplace relationships."
②ぼうねんかい(Bonenkai)
"Bonenkai" is a Japanese year-end party held in December to forget the troubles of the past year and celebrate the coming new year with colleagues, friends, or family. It typically involves eating, drinking, and socializing.
