Warehouse Associate (Entry-Level / Bilingual English/Mandarin or Japanese)

Summary
A trading company is ​​​​​​​looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Warehouse Associate to join their team in Los Angeles. This is an entry-level position perfect for someone looking to grow within a professional logistics environment. Your primary focus will be the "heart" of their operations: accurately picking orders and maintaining a highly organized warehouse.

Essential Duties (Subject to Change)

• Order Picking: Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on daily order sheets.
• Inventory Organization: Sort, arrange, and restock incoming shipments to ensure the warehouse space is used efficiently.
• Quality Control: Inspect items during the picking process to ensure products are in excellent condition before they are prepared for shipping.
• Maintenance: Help maintain a clean and safe working environment by keeping aisles clear and organizing packaging materials.
• Team Support: Collaborate with other warehouse members to meet daily processing goals.

Working Hours, Working style
​​​​​​​Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Style: On-site. Full-time.

Woking Location
​​​​​​​Warehouse based in Los Angeles County.

Salary/Benefit
​​​​​​​Starting Rate: $18.00 – $20.00/hour
Post-Review Salary: $45K – $46K/year (eligible after a successful 3-month performance review).

Qualifications

• ​​​​​​​Experience: Entry-level candidates are welcome; previous experience in a retail or warehouse setting is a plus but not required.
• Language: Proficiency in English (Required). Conversational proficiency in Mandarin or Japanese (Preferred) to communicate effectively with our diverse team.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and comfortably lift/move items as needed for organizing stock.
• Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a positive "can-do" attitude.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
