Position
Warehouse & Delivery Specialist (Bilingual English/Mandarin or Japanese)

Summary
A trading company is seeking a reliable Warehouse & Delivery Specialist to join their team in Los Angeles. This role is essential for maintaining an organized inventory space and ensuring timely deliveries to their clients across Los Angeles County. The ideal candidate is a safe driver, a diligent warehouse operator, and a bilingual communicator capable of working effectively within a diverse team environment.

Essential Duties

• Delivery Operations: Safely operate small trucks to transport and deliver goods to various locations within Los Angeles County.
• Warehouse Organization: Efficiently organize warehouse space, manage stock placement, and ensure the facility remains clean and safe.
• Inventory Handling: Load and unload products manually (lifting heavy items) and via forklift.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse members and management to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate delivery logs and assist with basic inventory tracking as needed.

Working Hours, Working style
​​​​​​​Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Style: On-site / Field (Delivery). Full-time.

Woking Location
​​​​​​​Warehouse based in Los Angeles County, with daily travel for deliveries.

Salary/Benefit
​​​​​​​Starting Rate: $19.00 – $20.00/hour
Post-Review Salary: $45K – $47K/year (eligible after a successful 3-month performance review).

Qualifications

• ​​​​​​​Experience: At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or logistics (Required).
• Language: Proficiency in English (Required). Conversational proficiency in Mandarin or Japanese is preferred to support the team and client communication.
• Licensing: A valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (Required).
• Equipment: Ability to operate small trucks and forklifts; Forklift Certification is highly preferred.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, push, and move heavy items consistently throughout the shift.
• Reliability: Strong time-management skills and a commitment to safety and punctuality.
