【Position】
Operation Coordinator

【Summary】
Operation Coordinator position at a small-sized precision and analytical equipment manufacturer based in Torrance, CA.
This role is primarily office-based (approximately 90%) with some light packing and shipping tasks (approximately 10%).
Responsible for order processing, inventory management, customer support, and coordination with Japan headquarters.
Candidates with administrative, B2B operations, or light warehouse experience are welcome, and training will be provided as needed.

【Essential Duties】

• Order entry and order confirmation
• Inventory receipt and management, including checking incoming goods and assisting with stocktaking
• Creating quotations using QuickBooks Online (for qualified candidates)
• Customer support and handling order-related inquiries
• Handling inquiries and coordination with Japan headquarters
• Updating data in the InFlow system
• Supporting packing and shipping tasks as needed

【Working Hours, Working Style】
Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

【Working Location】
Torrance, CA90505
(Onsite, 5 days per week)

【Salary, Benefit】
Annual salary: $45,000 – $50,000 (Non-Exempt)
Medical / Dental / Vision Insurance: 100% employer-paid (employee only)

【Qualifications】

• English communication skills
• Basic PC skills (Excel and business system operations)
• Experience in warehouse operations or light work preferred
• Experience in B2B operations such as sales administration or customer support preferred
• Experience with QuickBooks or InFlow preferred
• Japanese language skills preferred
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
• Flexibility in customer interactions and ability to work collaboratively
• Interest in working for a small-sized company

【Physical Requirements】

• Primarily seated office work with occasional standing and walking in the warehouse
• Frequent computer use (approximately 6 hours per day)
• Ability to lift and move items up to 13.2 lbs (6 kg) occasionally
• Ability to read small print, view on-screen information, and communicate at normal conversational levels
• Typical office and warehouse work environment
