Position
Customer Service Rep.

Summary
Responsible for managing assigned customer accounts, including order processing, documentation handling, and issue resolution related to shipments, returns, and payments. Collaborates with internal teams to identify products, coordinate inventory availability, and provide accurate quotes and pricing. Maintains regular communication with customers, providing status updates and ensuring smooth account operations from order placement through invoicing.

Essential Duties

• Create quotes, process orders, transfer financial documents, and manage assigned customer accounts.

• Maintain and process documentation within secure customer portals.

• Assist customers and internal teams in identifying correct part numbers and pricing for distributed products.

• Provide regular status updates regarding backorders, mis-shipments, returns, and credits.

• Act as an intermediary with the Accounting department on invoicing and payment-related issues.

• Notify Purchasing staff of items or quantities not currently available in stock for assigned accounts.

• Interface with Technical Support, Engineering, Sales, and Management to support product identification.

• Generate and track RMAs for assigned customer accounts.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

$60,000 – $70,000 (Depending on Experience)

Qualifications

• Direct customer support experience using ERP, CRM, or accounting databases (ERP experience preferred).

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and PDF-related tools (spreadsheets, reports, document generation).

• Post-secondary education preferred.

Physical/Mental Requirements: ​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​Ability to walk, stand, sit, balance, climb, stoop, crouch, kneel, reach, lift (minimum 50 lbs daily), carry, push, and handle materials. Requires the ability to use a phone, computer, keyboard, and related equipment. Mental requirements include the ability to concentrate, take initiative, manage stress, adapt in a business environment, remain alert, and exercise independent judgment to achieve results.
