Position
PR & Marketing Manager

Summary
The PR & Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing and PR plans to enhance visibility and drive growth for our brand. They will oversee all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities, as well as build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and partners. The ideal candidate will be someone shas a hands-on experience in developing campaigns and promotions, and a proven track record of driving successful campaigns.

Essential Duties
● Develop product marketing communications plan that includes strategy, goals, budget, and tactics.
● Implement product marketing plan and reviewing the progress and success of the implementation.
● Analysis the plan implemented with effect measurement.
● KPI setting based on the developed marketing plan.
● Establish and maintain relationships with members of press/media/influencers.
● Gather metrics on activity result. Managing and reporting KPIs.
● Report on the efficacy of various campaigns and efforts with earned and paid media.
● Maintain a strong relationship with first party partners to secure resources available 
● Manage external PR agencies and PR departments within distribution partners
● Create compelling content for press releases, articles, and marketing materials.
● Oversee social media strategy and content creation.
● Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
● Lead and manage a team of marketing and PR professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.

Qualifications
​​​​​​​● Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field from a four-year college or university; or 5+ years of Marketing field experience in entertainment industry.
● Strong relationship with traditional media or social media.
● Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
● Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
● Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
● Able to travel internationally several times per year.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
● Professional certification (ex: Professional Certified Marketer)
● Understanding of the concept of Gaming business in Gaming industry.
● Understanding of video game concepts, terms, and gameplay.
● Good base of knowledge for gaming industry personalities and publications.
● Established media contacts.
● Experience in content development and website design
● Business level speaking and writing skill in Japanese is plus.
