Position 

Administrative Assistant (Part-time)

Summary 

We are seeking a flexible and motivated administrative assistant for a media company. No experience is required.
 

Essential Duties

• Manage, order, and organize office supplies and inventory.

• Manage subscriptions for newspapers and magazines (including applications, cancellations, and inquiries).

• Assist with basic accounting tasks, preparation of documents, and filing.

• Handle mail and FedEx shipments.

• Manage email correspondence and handle phone calls.

• Perform basic operations using Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Other administrative support tasks as assigned.
   

Working Hours, Working style

• Option 1: 2–3 days per week. Between 9:30/10:00 AM and 4:00/5:00 PM. (Unpaid break: 1 hour for a 7-hour shift, 30 minutes for shifts under 7 hours).

• Option 2: 4–5 days per week. Between 9:30/10:00 AM and 2:30/4:00 PM.

• Note: Attendance on Mondays is highly preferred. Other days and hours are very flexible and can be adjusted based on your preference.

Salary/Benefit

• Hourly wage: $20 per hour

• Weekends, holidays.

• Flexible time-off policy: Long-term leave (from 1 week up to 1 month) is acceptable.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required (Entry-level welcome).

• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email).

• This position is purely administrative and does not involve media-related work.
