Position
Financial Manager

Summary
The Financial Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, reporting, and coordination between the General Manager and department managers. This role supports audits, budgeting, cash flow management, and Japanese-language communication with the parent company. Product knowledge of fishing gear is not required.

Essential Duties
Support internal and external audits, including group consolidated audits
Prepare budgets and financial plans, and report financial and accounting data to the General Manager
Manage cash flow and oversee purchasing and ordering controls
Support transfer pricing strategies and related compliance
Act as a liaison between the General Manager and department managers on financial matters
Handle Japanese-language communication with the parent company and stakeholders
Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations
Collaborate with Accounting and other internal teams
Take on payment and settlement responsibilities in the future as needed

Salary/Benefit
Annual Salary: $110,000 plus a performance-based bonus (typically equivalent to approximately one month’s salary)
Benefits: Standard company benefits package, including 401(k) and health insurance
 ​​​​​Relocation Support: Approximately $2,000–$3,000 to cover relocation or travel expenses
