【Position】
Warehouse Office Clerk

【 Summary】
​​​​​​​​​​​​​​The Warehouse Office Clerk performs a wide range of general administrative duties to support daily warehouse operations. This role assists with inventory control, warehouse safety initiatives, and compliance programs, while ensuring accurate documentation and effective communication across warehouse functions.

【Essential Duties】
 

• Administer and support DOT compliance programs

• Review and verify drivers’ logbooks, daily reports, and payroll documentation

• Schedule deliveries and pickups for shipping and receiving operations

• Scan and submit drivers’ logbooks to third-party DOT compliance monitoring services

• Verify the accuracy of warehouse employees’ work and update records in the system

• Review and correct product slotting in dry and cooler areas to ensure accurate inventory accuracy

• Identify, verify, and report close-dated and expired merchandise to support proper inventory rotation

• Monitor FIFO (First-In, First-Out) compliance and report status to management

• Respond to inquiries and clearly communicate information to internal and external stakeholders

• Compile, review, distribute, and file records and documentation

• Maintain and update filing systems, mailing records, and databases

【Qualifications】
・1–2 years of administrative or clerical experience
・High School diploma or G.E.D. required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred
・Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar applications
・Experience with proprietary inventory systems (on-the-job training provided)
