Job Description

【Summary】
Assist Site Supervisors and Project Managers in managing designated field activities and supervising subcontractors and employees. Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while coordinating with all relevant parties.

【Essential Duties】

  • Understand and comply with project specifications and contract requirements

  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors and vendors

  • Ensure materials are tested and inspection results are properly recorded

  • Provide direction and guidance to site staff and subcontractors

  • Attend daily/weekly progress meetings to review upcoming work

  • Implement safety, quality, and asset protection measures

  • Support project closeout, including financial settlement, resource demobilization, and handover to the customer

  • Conduct annual safety walkthroughs with owners, subcontractors, and suppliers

  • Build effective relationships with customers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers

【Location】
Durham, NC (ANC Building)
※May be required to relocate to other project sites as needed

【Salary/Benefit】
$28 - $30 per hour

【Qualifications】

  • Associate Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, or equivalent experience

  • 2–3 years of industrial/construction experience

  • Experience in industrial construction and/or mechanical installation preferred

  • Knowledge of construction contracts, field concepts, and procedures

  • Ability to make decisions under tight deadlines and solve problems creatively

  • Ability to organize personnel, tools, and equipment, and manage multiple tasks

  • Knowledge and application of OSHA safety standards

  • Proficiency in PC and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Skills for reporting daily logs, monthly reports, and progress updates
