Position
Sales Assistant【No-Exempt】

Summary
The Sales Assistant supports daily sales operations by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative and operational support to the sales team.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties

• Maintain customer satisfaction by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and requests.

• Prepare, maintain, and submit accurate sales records, reports, and correspondence.

• Assist the sales team with customer follow-up, order processing, and documentation management.

• Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth operational workflow.

• Apply company procedures to support efficient sales operations and maintain productivity.

• Follow instructions and respond appropriately to management direction.

• Perform tasks with accuracy, timeliness, and a high level of quality.

• Ensure work responsibilities are covered in cases of absence and maintain dependable attendance.

Working Hours, Working style
Working hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Non-exempt)

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operational procedures, and instruction manuals.
• Ability to prepare routine reports and business correspondence.
• ​​​​​​​Occasional support for the sales team, including assisting with events
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Strong reasoning skills to follow written or verbal instructions and handle standard operational issues.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (preferred), Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and internet software.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Bilingual skills in English/Japanese/Spanish preferred.
