Position: Mover Staff (Japanese-English Bilingual)

Summary

This position supports household moving operations for Japanese expatriates and corporate clients relocating between the U.S. and Japan.
The Mover Staff assists with packing, loading/unloading, and coordinating on-site documentation and communication in both English and Japanese.
The role emphasizes professionalism, customer service, and teamwork. Heavy lifting tasks will primarily be handled by other team members.

Essential Duties

  • Support household and corporate moves including packing, unpacking, and delivery coordination.

  • Communicate with clients in both English and Japanese to ensure a smooth moving experience.

  • Prepare and manage related documents (inventory lists, delivery forms, etc.).

  • Assist with on-site customer care, schedule coordination, and logistics communication.

  • Ensure all work follows company quality and safety standards.

  • Provide light administrative support as needed.

Working Hours / Working Style

  • Full-time, on-site position.

  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional overtime or weekend work during busy seasons).

Working Location

Greater Houston Area, TX

Salary / Benefit

  • Hourly wage: Around $21/hour, depending on experience.
