Admin/CS Assistant (Part-Time, Weekends)

Summary
A Japanese kitchenware and consumer goods retailer is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin/CS Assistant. This part-time role is crucial for supporting our online presence and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our e-commerce (EC) website, managing social media channels, and serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries.

Essential Duties

• Respond promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media.
• Assist customers with order tracking, product questions, returns, and other issues.
• Maintain and update the e-commerce (EC) website, including updating product listings (descriptions, photos, pricing) and managing inventory.
• Assist in creating, scheduling, and monitoring posts for company social media accounts.
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages on social media.
• Perform general administrative duties, such as data entry and order processing support.
• Assist with other tasks and projects as needed by the management team.

Working Hours, Working style

• Schedule: 3 days per week
• Hours: 11:00 am – 3:00 pm
• Working Style: On-site

Salary/Benefit

• $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (commensurate with experience）

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or an administrative role is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with managing business social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook) is highly desirable.
• Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Interest in Japanese kitchenware, design, or consumer goods is a plus.
• Proficiency in Japanese and English.
