Position
Senior Client Relations Manager

Summary
This position plays a central role in investor relations, property operations oversight, real estate transaction support, and cross-border communication with the Japanese parent company.
The role requires strong leadership, bilingual communication capability, real estate expertise, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across both entities in a joint employment structure.
The Senior Client Relations Manager will supervise Client Relations Managers and ensure that core operational duties are performed at a high standard.

Essential Duties
・Serve as the primary liaison for Japanese real estate investors, providing bilingual (English/Japanese) communication, reporting, and strategic support
・Oversee U.S. property operations, including coordination with third-party property managers, review of financial and operational reports, and cash flow monitoring
・Support investment sales, acquisitions, and dispositions through transaction coordination, document review, and cross-functional communication with brokers, lenders, and advisors
・Lead cross-border coordination with the parent company and internal teams, including financial reporting and operational updates
・Supervise and mentor client relations staff, ensuring workflow efficiency and quality deliverables
・Perform licensed real estate sales agent and transaction coordination duties in compliance with California regulations
・Maintain confidentiality, comply with company policies, and support special projects as assigned

Qualifications​​​​​​​
・Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, finance, or a related field
・Active California real estate license
・5+ years of experience in real estate, property management, or related client service roles
・Hands-on experience managing U.S. residential or investment properties and coordinating with property managers, contractors, and vendors
・Ability to analyze property financials, income/expense reports, and cash flow performance
・Experience supporting real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, and due diligence
・Familiarity with contracts and cross-border transactions involving legal and financial professionals
・Strong negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
・Fluent bilingual communication skills (English/Japanese)
