Position:
Sales Representative

Summary:
A global manufacturing company is seeking a motivated and proactive Sales Representative to support both existing accounts and new business development with Japanese and American OEM clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer relationship management, preparing quotations, and promoting company products and services to achieve business growth.

Essential Duties:

• Manage and grow existing accounts with Japanese and U.S.-based OEM clients

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the automotive and manufacturing industries

• Prepare and negotiate quotations, proposals, and contracts

• Communicate with internal departments to ensure smooth coordination between production, logistics, and customer requirements

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support strategic sales planning

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships

Working Hours / Style:

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

• On-site position

Work Location:

• Initial training and work period: Lewisburg, TN (approx. 6–10 months)

• Must be able to relocate to Dallas, TX after the initial period

• Housing support provided during the stay in Tennessee

Salary / Benefits:

• $50,000 – $70,000 per year (Depending on Experience)

Qualifications:

• Sales experience in the automotive industry (required)

• Experience in B2B or OEM account management (strong plus)

• Background in manufacturing or industrial products (preferred)

• Japanese language skills are a strong plus but not required

• Strong initiative, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Ability to learn quickly and take on new challenges proactively
