Position
Sales Associate 

Summary
The Sales position  is an exciting opportunity for an entry-level or junior-level professional to join a dynamic and growing food trading company. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about customer service, sales, and the food industry. As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients while ensuring the successful promotion and distribution of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to help achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Essential Duties

Visit customer and potential customer facilities to provide information and support in order to secure and maintain business
Establish, maintain, and develop business relationships with customers in the assigned territory
Sell company products to all customers in the assigned territory
Coordinate with the accounting department to ensure timely collection of accounts receivable
Evaluate territory performance and take appropriate actions to improve it (e.g., sales forecast, budget, new customer acquisition, gross margin, etc.)
Anticipate customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to business challenges
Deliver a high level of customer service to support business growth
Communicate plans to merchandisers and effectively manage resources to support sales volume in the territory
Share new product and service opportunities, information, or feedback from the field with management
Assist the sales manager in setting sales objectives for the territory
Provide timely reports on field activities to support business and product planning
Submit sales activity reports and other required documentation
Perform other duties as assigned, including attending physical inventory counts and company events

Working Hours, Working Style
9:00am-5:00pm
Monday to Friday standard working hours.

Orlando, FL.

Salary/Benefit
Salary: $43,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications

Qualifications
Familiarity with Japanese food
Sales experience preferred
Sales experience in the food industry highly preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required
Passion for the food industry and a willingness to learn
