Customer Service Associate

Summary

The Customer Service Associate is an entry-level position within the Inside Sales Department .
This role provides a foundation in ERP operations, quoting, order processing, and customer communication, serving as an excellent starting point for those seeking to grow within the Inside Sales team.

Essential Duties

• Prepare accurate quotes and process customer orders using the ERP system.
• Communicate with customers primarily via email, assess needs, and build professional relationships.
• Source and procure parts based on customer specifications.
• Track order status and coordinate with vendors, logistics, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of quotes, orders, and customer data.
• Resolve routine issues related to shipments or orders.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Follow established procedures and ensure accuracy and professionalism in all transactions.

Working Hours / Working Style

• Monday to Friday, standard business hours (exact schedule to be discussed during interview).

Salary / Benefit

• Annual Salary: USD 35,000 – 45,000 (based on experience and skills).
