Title:
Japanese Bilingual Sales Representative (Cutting Tools)

Summary:
Our company is a trusted supplier of high-quality cutting tools, serving clients across the manufacturing and automotive industries. We are seeking a Japanese-English bilingual Sales Representative who can build strong relationships with customers, manage existing accounts, and develop new business opportunities. This position is based in Atlanta, Georgia, and requires excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Essential Duties:
Visit and maintain relationships with customers mainly in Georgia and neighboring states (TN, AL, SC, NC).
Promote and sell cutting tools and related industrial products.
Identify customer needs, propose appropriate product solutions, and provide after-sales support.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, and coordinate deliveries.
Collaborate with internal departments (engineering, logistics, and accounting) to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular activity reports.
Attend meetings and training sessions at the Atlanta headquarters as needed.

Working Hours & Style:
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Primarily on-site at the Atlanta office, with occasional travel to customer sites

Atlanta, Georgia (Headquarters)
Sales coverage area: Georgia and surrounding states (TN, AL, SC, NC)

Salary & Benefits:
Base Salary: $50,000 – $70,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications)

Qualifications:
Fluent in both Japanese and English (required）
Sales experience preferred (manufacturing or industrial product sales a plus)

Valid driver’s license required
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available)
