Kitchen Manager

​​​​​​​A Japanese restaurant group ​​​​​​​is launching a new concept ramen restaurant in Manhattan, NY and is seeking a Kitchen Manager to join the opening team. This position is ideal for someone who has worked as a kitchen staff member and is ready to take on a leadership role. Prior management experience is not required, but we’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a desire to grow into a management position. Experience in a Japanese restaurant or familiarity with Japanese food culture is highly valued. Japanese or Spanish language skills are a plus (not required)
