【Position】
Loss Prevention Manager

【Essential Duties】
 Loss Prevention Strategy:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive loss prevention strategy for the designated region that aligns with company
objectives.
• Analyze regional data and trends to identify potential risk areas and improvement opportunities.
• Create and update loss prevention policies and procedures to address emerging threats and maintain compliance with
industry standards.
Team Management:
• Collaborate with store managers to implement security measures safeguarding employees, customers, and company
assets.
• Regularly assess store security systems, surveillance equipment, and access controls.
• Respond to incidents promptly and appropriately, coordinating with law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
• Identify vulnerabilities and risks within the region's stores and distribution centers.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend corrective actions to minimize losses and enhance security.
• Develop and execute plans to address high-risk areas and prevent future incidents.
Investigations and Reporting:
• Lead due diligence/information gathering into incidents of theft, fraud, or policy violations.
• Compile detailed incident reports and collaborate with legal and HR departments as required.
• Maintaining accurate records of all incidents and investigations ensures data integrity and confidentiality.
Training and Awareness:
• Deliver training sessions to educate employees and store staff on loss prevention best practices and awareness.
• Foster a culture of vigilance and accountability to prevent losses through employee engagement and education.
Collaboration and Communication:
• Liaise with law enforcement agencies, judicial entities, and other external partners to facilitate investigations and legal
proceedings.
• Regularly update senior management on loss prevention activities, trends, and outcomes.

 •Demonstrated success in devising and implementing effective loss prevention strategies to mitigate risks and
safeguard company assets.
•Strong familiarity with industry best practices, methodologies, and technologies within the field of loss
prevention.
• Comprehensive understanding of legal regulations and compliance pertinent to loss prevention practices.
•Exceptional analytical skills, with the capacity to interpret data for informed decision-making.
• Proven track record in team leadership, staff development, and performance management.
•Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, facilitating productive interaction with stakeholders
across all levels.

Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field
