Position
Associate Coordinator (  Aircraft Parts Department )

Summary
This role primarily supports operations related to aircraft parts, including invoice processing, logistics coordination, interdepartmental communication, and compliance with export regulations.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities
​​​​​​​・Data entry related repair orders in the system & spreadsheets.
・Create ROs in the system per RO shipping list
・Monitor repair shipments until delivery to the repair shop.
・Handle daily logistics operations (shipping arrangements).
・Support our sales members inquiries related RO creation & logistics matters.   
・Understand and utilize the company's technical data for customer's support.     
・Understand the compliance and process the shipment in accordance with the regulations.
・Get quotes for related logistics from fowarderes, and process in timely manner.
・Manage your time and complete assigned tasks within the time specified.     
・Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time, including after hours.     

Salary & Benefits
$​​​​​40K - 46K + Overtime Pay
​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Bonus: Once a year (based on company performance and individual performance)

Working Hours & Style
​​​​​​​Monday - Friday; 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Hybrid work
 ( You'll be required to work from the office two or more days per week, with the option to telework for the remaining days. )

During the Introductory Period (first 90 days), daily office attendance is required for training purposes​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Qualifications
​​​​​​・​Language skills
　Ability to effectively respond to questions from customers, management, staff, and the general public in English.
　Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to individuals and groups in English.
　Ability to write reports and procedure manuals in English.
・Mathematical Skills
　Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions.
・Reasoning Skills
　Ability to apply knowledge and sense of understanding to carry-out detailed written or oral instructions.
　Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variable in standardized situations.
・Other skills
　Must be tactful, mature, flexible and able to successfully respond to multiple work pressures.
　Must be able to use a computer and applications soft as Microsoft Windows/Office etc.
