Position
Python Application Development Engineer (3-Month Contract, with Possible Extension)

Summary
Seeking a highly skilled Python Application Development Engineer to lead the development, deployment, and operation of Python-based applications. This role involves close collaboration with other engineers to clarify project requirements and ensure successful project execution.

Essential Duties

• Lead the development, building, and operation of Python applications.

• Collaborate with engineers across teams to define project requirements.

• Drive execution and ensure timely delivery of assigned projects

Working Hours / Working Style
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (CDT) or 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (CST).
Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

Plano / Frisco Area, TX

Salary / Benefit

• $39 – $50/ hr

Holidays
The holiday schedule follows the Japanese calendar and also includes major U.S. holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Python application development.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with U.S., Japan, and global team members.

• Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with at least one public cloud platform (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI).

  • Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (e.g., LangChain).

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

  • Japanese language skills.
