Warehouse Staff / Coordinator

Summary
Manufacturing & Supply company is seeking a Warehouse Staff/Coordinator for its Knoxville, TN location. The role involves managing in-house and outsourced warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory management, and cleanliness. Responsibilities also extend to purchasing, customer service operations, and office equipment arrangements. Ideal candidates will be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and SAP, and comfortable with physical labor. Forklift experience would be a plus. 

Essential Duties

• In-house warehouse management: receiving, unloading, preparation for shipping Palletising, labelling, loading, monthly stocktaking, cleaning. 
• Preparing/handling shipment of 20-30 pallets/month.
• Outsourced warehouse/contracted warehouse management: shipping instructions, checking monthly warehouse stock and stock quantity in system (inventory)
• Purchasing: confirming order quantities from customer forecasts (weekly), developing forecasts for suppliers, issuing POs using SAP, and managing delivery dates.
• Customer service operations: preparation of quotations, receipt of POs from customers (confirmation of monetary quantities), registration of orders in SAP, communication of delivery dates, issue of invoices from SAP, sending invoices, negotiation of stock take-back, reminder of unpaid payments.
• Arrangement of office and warehouse equipment
