Position
Pastry Chef

Summary
We are seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to join our team. The role involves collaborating with team members to create cakes, including frosting, decorating, and slicing. Responsibilities also include making cake sponges, cheesecakes, and tarts, developing new products, and maintaining a clean and hygienic workspace.

Essential Duties
・Prepare and assemble cakes, including frosting, decorating, and slicing.​
​​​​​​・Produce cake sponges, cheesecakes, tarts, and other pastry items according to recipes and quality standards.
・Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
・Assist in the development and testing of new products.
・Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace in compliance with food safety standards.
・Monitor ingredient inventory and assist with stock management.
・Adhere to company procedures, schedules, and production timelines.

Working Hours, Working style
Full-time, shift-based (8–10 hours per day; longer hours may be required during peak seasons).​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​・Early morning shifts included.
・Breaks provided.

$70-75K

Qualifications
​​​​​​​・No specific educational requirements.
・Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef.
・Bilingual in Japanese and English is a big plus (Spanish skills are a plus).
