Baker

Summary
We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team in Orange County. 
 ​​The role involves collaborating with team members and delivery staff to prepare dough for products sold in three stores as well as wholesale orders, followed by fermentation, shaping, and baking to produce safe, high-quality, and consistent bread.

Essential Duties
・Prepare dough for products sold in store locations as well as for wholesale orders.
・Perform fermentation, shaping, and baking to produce safe, high-quality, and consistent bread.
・Produce other baked or steamed items, including meat buns, sweet buns, and pastries.
・Collaborate with team members and delivery staff to ensure smooth operations.
・Assist in developing and testing new products.
・Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workspace, machinery, and tools.
・Monitor and manage inventory of ingredients and materials.
・Receive, inspect, and organize deliveries accurately.
・Contribute to continuous improvement of product quality and kitchen efficiency.

Working Hours, Working style
Full-time, shift-based (8–10 hours per day; longer hours may be required during peak seasons).
・Night shifts included (approximately 10:00 PM start, ending around 8:00 AM).
・Breaks provided.

Working Location

Salary/Benefit
$70-80K
・Bi-weekly pay.

Qualifications
・No specific educational requirements.
・Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional baker.
・Bilingual in Japanese and English is a big plus (Spanish is a plus).
