Data Entry Staff

Summary
【Hybrid Working Style！】We are looking for individuals who are interested in trading and logistics industries！Entry-level candidates are welcome!

Essential Duties
・Receive all documents and enter the data into the on-line system on the PC.
・Operate a data entry device to input and maintain lists and records.
・Create and update databases. Maintain a daily count of all claims processed.
・Prepares and processes necessary documentation for shipping, such as freight accounts  payable invoices, and maintains in proper filing order. 
・Coordinates with warehouse and/or buyers to ensure smooth and timely delivery of merchandise. ・Process on-hand, shipping, Invoice etc. data entering the IT system.
・Prepares and processes necessary documentation, such as repair orders, airway bills and manifests for outgoing part(s) either to repair facilities or to customers on an "as needed" basis.
・Files documentation physically in cabinet, stores data electrically in Parts Common folder and/or Sentry File, or mails, faxes all the necessary documentation related organization that should be taken care of immediately.

8:00am - 4:00pm

Working Location
Cerritos, CA
* Occasionally need to work at the office near LAX.
* ​​​​​​​Flextime hours and work-from-home for 2 days/week 

Salary/Benefit
$39-42K

Qualifications
・Good communication skills
・Ability to operate a computer to input data and retrieve information
