Country Manager

Summary
As Country Manager, you’ll lead U.S. operations, foster strong client relationships, and drive business growth.

Essential Duties
・ Lead and execute sales projects of semiconductor mask & wafer related equipment
・ Close high-value deals in advanced manufacturing equipment
・ Build relationships in the U.S. high-tech industry and identify new customers for HTL
・ Build and manage a local team, aligned with U.S. HR practices and carry out basic functions of payment of salary & expenses.
・ Expand our network and identify new growth opportunities

Working Location
Allen, TX (Travel to other states as required)

Salary/Benefit
200-250K+Commission

Qualifications
・ Proven background in sales of manufacturing equipment with software development & service capability
・ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
