Data Entry (Temp)

Summary
A Japanese food company is recruiting for a Data Entry position. Both part-time and full-time positions are negotiable.

Essential Duties
​​​​​​​

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company systems and databases.

• Prepare, organize, and file documentation in both electronic and paper formats.

• Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before submission.

• Generate and update reports as requested by management.

Working Hours, Working style
​​​​​​​Part / Full どちらでも検討可 （Part の場合は週3日、25時間程度）

Qualifications
​​​​​​​

• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is required.

• Japanese or Chinese language skills are a plus.

• Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry systems.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
