Position
Outside Sales

Summary
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to grow in a sales career, including those with no prior sales experience. The position requires both business development with new clients and account management with existing clients.

Essential Duties
・Conduct outside sales activities, with approximately 50% focused on developing new client relationships.
・Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
・Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations.
・Travel to Japan twice a year for business trips, as well as within the U.S. every two months to meet clients.
・Collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions to clients.
・Track and report sales activities, pipeline, and results.
