2. Sales and Purchasing Manage of Group Company  (Subsidiary of group Company)

Essential Job Functions / Duty

• Receive and process customer orders
• Issue purchase orders to Group Company.
• Coordinate and arrange shipments for customers
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing and delivery schedules
• Provide occasional on-site support for construction projects at customer locations
• Primarily serve as an interpreter for workers from  Group Company. (Japan)
• Manage billing processes, including sending invoices to the accounting

Qualifications

• Technical support for new customers
• Technical support for current customers
• Communication with ​​​​​​​Group Company.​​​​​​​  (Technical, Sales, & Quality)
• Training seminars for salesmen, customers, & end users as required
• Generate or translate technical reports
• Generate or translate PPAP and other quality required documentation
• Machine and/or parts selection & failure analysis including corrective actions
• Communicate with Salesmen and Customer
• Visit customer’s location
• Operation of necessary equipment as required.
• Coordinate deliveries with NF and other vendors.

• Proficiency in spoken and written Japanese
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
• Willingness to travel for customer visits (approximately 3–4 times per month)
• Daily attendance at the office is required
