Position
SR Machine Operator

Summary

Essential Duties
​​​​​​​- Learn production operations and support process improvement
- Assist with team coordination and communication
- Understand and report on key metrics (quality, delivery, safety)
- Contribute to improvement initiatives using data-driven analysis
- Prepare for leadership roles in projects and operations

Working Hours, Working style
​​​​​​​7:00〜3:30
※Depending on your assignment after joining the company, you may be placed in a workplace where the hours are from 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM. In such cases, the additional hour from 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM will be considered early morning overtime.

Qualifications
​​​​​​​ REQUIREMENTS:
•     Experience working in a manufacturing environment
•     Logical thinking and effective communication skills
•     Ambition to grow within the company in the future
•     Fluency in English required
•     High School Diploma or equivalent/GED

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
•    College experience in any of these fields.  Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain
•    Internship or hands-on experience in production
•    Familiarity with Excel or data analysis tools
•    Basic Math skills
