 Accounting Associate

Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Associate to join our finance team at our Kennesaw, GA location. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent accounting graduate with at least one year of practical experience to grow within a dynamic and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will assist in managing day-to-day accounting operations and contribute to the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.
Essential Duties
• Support daily accounting tasks including AP/AR, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash transactions
• Process vendor invoices and employee expense reports
• Support month-end and year-end close procedures
• Maintain and organize accounting files and documentation
• Communicate with internal departments and external vendors regarding payments and billing
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting regulations
• Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation
• Contribute to continuous improvement of accounting processes

Salary/Benefit
$45,000–$50,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in a manufacturing or logistics company
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish, Chinese, or Japanese) are a plus
