Job Description

【Position】
A food trading company is looking for a bilingual (Japanese-English) Administrator.

【Summary】
We import our own processed seafood products from Asia and distribute them to vendors in the US.
This job is better suited for someone who can work at a desk in a matter-of-fact way.
It is preferable if you are able to cope flexibly even if the procedures are not set so strictly because we’re small company, or if you are able to make decisions from the situation yourself in dealing with the vendor.

【Working Hours】
Mon-Fri, 9:00-17:30
1 hr lunch between 12-1pm (30min paid)
*Will be paid for 8 hours towards actual working for 7.5 hours

【Qualification】
・Bilingual Japanese-English (English environment within the company)
・Basic PC skills
・Must be able to handle the small scale of the project without some set procedures.
・Ability to make your own decisions based on the situation when dealing with vendors.

【Essential Duties】
・Sales support through organization and cost calculation analysis of inventory.
・Communication with Warehouse/Trucker for product logistics to national customers.
・Working side by side with freight forwarders to import products from foreign vendors.
・Documentations such as invoices, delivery tickets, etc.
