Job Description

【Position】
IT Help Desk -Japanese Bilingual

【Essential Duties】
- Provide on-site first-level help desk support for clients’ existing computer and network systems.
- Install hardware and application software as needed.
- Deliver first-level end-user support based on manuals and instructions provided by the client’s representatives.
- Trace data cabling and perform patching work in IDF/MDF environments.
- Update wiring documentation upon configuration changes.
- Escalate issues to second-level support or external vendors when necessary.
- Offer technical support for hardware, software, thin clients, PC operating systems, peripherals, and Windows-based applications.
- Provide support for web conferencing systems, meeting room equipment, and telephone services.
- Maintain and manage technical documentation related to computer and network systems.
- Record and manage service responses using the client-designated ticketing system.
- Immediately report security incidents and company-wide outages.

【Working Hours, Working style】
9am-6pm (40 Hours / Week)
Note: This position requires daily commuting to the office and working on-site at client locations.

【Qualifications】
- Hands-on experience in help desk or IT support roles.
- Native-level Japanese proficiency.
- Business-level English proficiency.
