Position
Production Management Associate

Summary
​​​​​​​We are seeking university graduates to join our team as future leaders in manufacturing
operations.
This position is designed to provide hands-on experience with production activities and
progressively develop into a supervisory or managerial role within 3 to 5 years.

Essential Duties
​​​​​​​- Learn production operations and support process improvement
- Assist with team coordination and communication
- Understand and report on key metrics (quality, delivery, safety)
- Contribute to improvement initiatives using data-driven analysis
- Prepare for leadership roles in projects and operations

Qualifications
​​​​​​​Requirements
- For College Graduates (any major; Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain preferred)
- Strong motivation to work in a manufacturing environment
- Logical thinking and effective communication skills
- Ambition to pursue a management track in the future
- Fluency in English required; Japanese or Spanish is a plus

Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or hands-on experience in production
- Familiarity with Excel or data analysis tools
- Any leadership experience (including extracurricular or part-time work)
