Set up Technician

Summary

• We are seeking a hands-on Set up Technician to support the efficient production of metal pipes for Automotive air conditioning systems. This role focuses on setting up bending machines, cutting tools, and forming equipment for precision metal processing.
• Essential Duties
• Set up and adjust pipe bending, cutting, and forming machines for different pipe specifications
• Perform changeovers between product types efficiently to reduce downtime
• Inspect and test sample products to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality
• Conduct minor troubleshooting of sensors, clamps, and mechanical components
• Work closely with maintenance staff for larger repairs or adjustments
• Keep records of machine settings, tool changes, and setup procedures
• Follow safety standards related to metal processing and high-temperature machinery

Working Hours, Working style
Mon–Fri

• 　1st shift: 7:00am–3:30pm (Lunch Break: 1 hour)
• 　2nd shift: 4:00pm–0:30am (Lunch Break: 1 hour)

Working Style: On-site
Note: Saturdays are generally off, but overtime and Saturday work may occur during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical interest since a young age; enjoys working with machines and tools
• Experience in metal manufacturing, pipe forming, or related mechanical setup work
• Ability to read mechanical drawings or work instructions in English
• Familiar with basic troubleshooting of mechanical systems (e.g. alignment, sensors)
• Physically able to lift metal parts and work standing for long periods
• Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training is a plus​
