Essential Duties
​​​​​​​

• Source and evaluate potential investment opportunities, particularly in the U.S. market

• Conduct market research, competitive landscape analysis, and financial due diligence

• Assist in the preparation of investment memos and internal presentations

• Support deal execution, including legal documentation and coordination with stakeholders

• Collaborate with portfolio companies post-investment on strategy, hiring, and fundraising

• Monitor industry trends and maintain strong relationships within the startup and investor ecosystem

• Represent the firm at demo days, conferences, and networking events

Qualifications
 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field

• Over 5 years of relevant experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, consulting, or a startup

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Passion for startups, technology, and entrepreneurship

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
