Position:

• Outside Sales

Summary:

• Outside Sales is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients in the food industry, understanding their needs, proposing and selling products, and conducting market research to identify growth opportunities.

Essential Duties:

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs.
• Propose and sell tailored products to clients.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Set and achieve sales targets in line with company goals.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners.
• Provide exceptional after-sales service to establish long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts.

• 7am-4pm

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the food industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Speak Japanese.
