Position
Import Operations & Customer Support Staff (International Logistics & Moving Services)

Summary
This position is responsible for managing air import procedures and providing customer support related to international logistics and moving services. The role requires bilingual communication skills and the ability to handle both documentation and customer inquiries professionally.

Essential Duties

• Handle air import operations and related documentation using WMS

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding international moving services

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for moving schedules and shipments

Working Hours, Working Style
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch break)
On-site work only (remote work not permitted)
Monday through Friday

Atlanta GA

Salary/Benefit
$50,000 – $70,000 per year

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Japanese and English (required)

• Experience in international logistics or freight forwarding (preferred)

• Physically capable of manual tasks

• Customer-focused with attention to detail

• Familiarity with U.S. import regulations is a plus
