Position
Accounting Assistant Manager

Summary
The Accounting Assistant will support daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, data entry, and reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.

Essential Duties
・Assist with accounts payable and receivable
・Prepare invoices and process payments
・Handle bank reconciliations
・Maintain financial records and documentation
・Support month-end and year-end closing
・Data entry and filing
・Communicate with vendors and internal departments
​​​​​​​・Assist with other administrative and accounting tasks as needed

Monday - Friday : 8:30-17:00
(1 hour unpaid lunch break)

Qualifications
・Fluency in English
