Position
Associate Inspector ( Full-time )

Summary
This position is responsible for inspecting aircraft parts at the office, warehouse, and teardown facilities based on customer requirements. It involves proactively maintaining and suggesting improvements to inspection procedures, organizing the quality control office, tracking internal errors, implementing procedural improvements to prevent recurrence, and managing and completing tasks within deadlines.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities
・Inspect Aircraft Parts at office, warehouse and teardown facility to fullfil customer's requirement.
・Maintain and improve the operation procedure of inspection proactively.
・Keep clean QC room to process inspection smoothly.
・Monitor inspection request to process on-time.
・Keep track internal error, and improve internal procedure.
・Communicate with all dept. members & supervisors to operate our business smoothly.
・Interact with other teams to improve the entire operation.
・Keep good communication with Supervisor by accurate and timely report and consultation.
・Manage your time and complete assigned tasks within the time specified.
・Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time, including after hours.

Salary & Benefits
$​​​​​40K - 46K + Overtime Pay
Bonus: Twice a year (based on company performance and individual performance)

Qualifications
・Practical experience in the aviation industry (no experience required/welcome to beginners)
・Education: High School Diploma or higher
・Language skills / English Fluent
　Ability to effectively respond to questions from customers, management, staff, and the general public in English.
　Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to individuals and groups in English.
　Ability to write reports and procedure manuals in English.
・Mathematical Skills
　Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions.
・Reasoning Skills
　Ability to apply knowledge and sense of understanding to carry-out detailed written or oral instructions.
　Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variable in standardized situations.
・Other skills
　Must be tactful, mature, flexible and able to successfully respond to multiple work pressures.
　Must be able to use a computer and applications soft as Microsoft Windows/Office etc.
・Willing to work occasional weekend shifts, approximately once a month, in the future
・May be required to drive to the warehouse and handle heavy items weighing up to around 50 pounds
・Able to perform tasks accurately and carefully
・Business trips and overtime work may be required as needed.
・Participation in company events and training sessions is expected.
