Position
Associate Inspector ( Part-time (within 20 hours per week) )

Summary
This position is responsible for conducting quality inspections of aircraft parts received from warehouses and repair facilities.
The role involves maintaining inspection procedures in accordance with the company's quality management manual, supporting order management for repaired parts, and ensuring smooth communication with both internal and external stakeholders (including team members, supervisors, and partner companies).
Strong organizational skills and timely reporting to supervisors are also essential for managing tasks effectively within the team.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities
・Perform Virtual Inspection for Aircraft Parts at office come from warehouse, repair shops and teardown facilities to fullfil customer's requirement.
・Maintain the operation procedure of inspection proactively per QC manual.
・Monitor inspection request to process on-time.
・Support Repair Order management to maintain the repair procedure.
・Support Repair Order creation via system.
・Communicate with all dept. members, supervisors & outside partner companies to operate our business smoothly.
・Interact with other teams to improve the entire operation.
・Keep good communication with Supervisor by accurate and timely report and consultation.
・Manage your time and complete assigned tasks within the time specified.
・Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time, including after hours.

Salary & Benefits
Base Salary: $20.50–$23.00/hr + Overtime Pay

Qualifications
・Approximately 0–2 years of practical experience in the aviation industry (no prior experience is also welcome)
・Education: Not specified
・Language skills / English Fluent
　Ability to effectively respond to questions from customers, management, staff, and the general public in English.
　Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to individuals and groups in English.
　Ability to write reports and procedure manuals in English.
・Mathematical Skills
　Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions.
・Reasoning Skills
　Ability to apply knowledge and sense of understanding to carry-out detailed written or oral instructions.
　Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variable in standardized situations.
