【Position】
Customer Service Representative (Staff, Specialist, Supervisor, Senior Supervisor, or Manager depending on your experience)

【Essential Duties】

・ Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
・ Maintains customer records by updating account information
・ Serves customers by providing service information and resolving service problems.
・ Attracts potential customers by answering service questions and suggesting information about other services.
・ Resolves service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
・ Recommends potential services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
・ Prepares service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
・ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

【Qualifications】

・Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
・2+ years logistics operation experience.
・Experience in handling logistics in chemical industries is preferred.
・Strong communication and negotiation skills.
