【Position】
Sales Representative (Staff, Specialist, Supervisor, Senior Supervisor, or Manager depending on your experience)

【Summary】
Sales representatives are the principal point of contact between a business and its customers. Sales reps ensure current customers have the right services, identify new markets and customer leads, and pitch prospective customers. In many ways the face of the company, sales representatives may do everything from answering phones to monitoring the competition, all while maintaining good customer relations and pursuing new sales opportunities.

【Essential Duties】

Responsible for

・Understands our business and services to sell.
・Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
・​​​​​Provides customers appropriate services to meet customer needs.
・​​​​​Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as customer meeting report, monthly reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
・Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Specialist or higher position include;

・ Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
・ ​​​​​​​Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
・ ​​​​​​​Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to contact with existing or potential sales outlets and other business factors.
Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.

Supervisor or higher position include;
・ ​​​​​​​Recommends changes in service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
・ ​​​​​​​Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
・ ​​​​​​​Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
・ ​​​​​​​Maintains national sales staff work results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
・ ​​​​​​​Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

Senior Supervisor​​​​​​​ or higher position include;
・ ​​​​​​​ Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
・ ​​​​​​​Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.

Manager position includes;
・ ​​​​​​​Determines annual budget plans by implementing marketing strategies; and analyzing trends and results.
・ ​​​​​​​Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; and following up on work results.
・ ​​​​​​​Maintains national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

【Qualifications】

・Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
・2+ years of sales experience in logistics, transportation, or chemical handling industries.
・Strong communication and negotiation skills.
・Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
・Familiarity with DOT, OSHA, or international regulations related to chemical logistics is a plus.
・Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
・Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
