Position
Project Management Assistant

Summary
A real estate investment company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Management Assistant to support our project management team. This role involves a variety of tasks crucial to the smooth execution of real estate projects, from initial property assessment to post-acquisition procedures. Many of the company's clients are Japanese businesses, so cross-cultural communication is valued.

Essential Duties

 Market Research & Information Gathering

• Conducting real estate market trend research
• Analyzing price ranges and demand
• Conducting on-site inspections (checking property condition and surrounding environment)
• Performing legal checks on prospective properties (e.g., rights relationships, compliance with building codes)
• Obtaining estimates for renovations and redevelopment, etc.
• Contract Procedures

Preparing sales and purchase agreements
Handling closing procedures, etc.
Post-Property Acquisition

Scheduling property renovations, etc.
Creating sales materials, etc.

Working Hours / Style
Full-time Monday to Friday　9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

$19.00 – $22.00

Qualifications

• Comfortable handling administrative and project-related tasks in English and Japanese
• Previous experience in project support, real estate, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Responsible and cooperative with strong teamwork skills.
• Japanese language communication skills are a big plus.
